Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dialed app and website, provided by Dialed Lacrosse Training Systems LLC, doing business as Dialed Lacrosse (“Dialed,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Dialed, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Dialed.

Who can use Dialed

Dialed is built for lacrosse players, coaches, parents, and league organizers. If you are a minor under the age of majority where you live, you may use Dialed only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Roles (player, coach, parent, league admin) unlock different features. Use them as intended, and only manage teams or players you're authorized to.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The service

Dialed provides drills, a training timer, activity logging, progress tracking, team and leaderboard features, and — with the Dial, our stick sensor — automatic rep counting and performance metrics. Dialed is currently in active development; features may change, and parts may be offered as a beta.

Sensors & metrics

The Dial is our Bluetooth stick sensor; paired with the app, it counts reps and computes performance metrics. Rep counts, your Dialed Index, and other metrics are best-effort estimates computed from motion data — they may be inaccurate and are for training feedback only. Dialed is not a medical device and doesn't provide medical, health, or professional coaching advice.

Health, safety & assumption of risk

Lacrosse and physical training carry inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for training safely, using proper technique and equipment, and stopping if you feel pain or discomfort. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training regimen. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of physical activity you undertake using Dialed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — logs, notes, and profile details. You grant us the license needed to operate the app: to store, display, and share that content with your team, coaches, league, and any parent linked to your account, as the features intend.

Teams, leagues & visibility

When you join a team or league, certain information — like your training activity, progress, and leaderboard standing — is visible to your coaches, teammates, league, and a parent following your account. Only join teams and leagues you trust.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using Dialed.
• Access accounts, teams, or data you're not authorized to, or misuse invite codes.
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app, its security, or its infrastructure.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

Dialed+ & purchases

Dialed+ is a paid membership that unlocks additional features. If and when we offer anything for sale — memberships or hardware — pricing, billing, and any renewal terms will be presented clearly before you buy, and you'll be able to manage or cancel wherever you bought it.

Intellectual property

Dialed, its logo, content, and software are owned by Dialed Lacrosse Training Systems LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without permission.

Disclaimers

Dialed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that metrics will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialed Lacrosse Training Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from physical activity you undertake using Dialed. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Dialed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we'll update the date above and give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use Dialed after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
